I think they will. The Ford Crown Vic used the same 5x4.5" bolt pattern. The only issue is they are a high offset (+35mm) rim.

They look like the Ford police car wheels only with a different center cap. The first rims I listed don't appear to have a corresponding center cap available so I don't know what would work for you there.
