Don't forget that the engine will torque to the passenger side under load, so you need just minimal clearance on the drivers side...

My 69 383 Dart GTS had factory chrome valve covers and orange bolts the same color as the engine...

Here is a pic of my restored 69 GTS 383 4-speed, everything is 100% correct including the 4615S Carter carb. Your carb has the generic linkage on it so it probably will not be close to the factory location.

Saw one at the Waukesha, WI swap a couple weeks ago for $650 which was an early 68. Late 68-69 works with power steering, those can go for more.

Hi Mike, Jim from Round Lake. it is a straight forward swap if everything is manual for brakes and steering, all you need is the Shumacher or similar mounts. You may have an issue with those exhaust manifolds, but you probably have some HP big block manifolds laying around that will work better...

Do you have the 383 k-frame that you will use in place of the 273 k-frame? The 67 383 k-frame is not compatible with power steering...

There is no reason why the fan motor won't fit with a 440 in an A-Body, Chrysler did it from the factory! Heck I even had Cal Custom valve covers on a 69 GTS 440 and the fan motor fit. Something is wrong with the installation of the 440. Now if it is a factory A/C car then that could be your...
