wanting ideas on building a body cart for 70-74 a bodies

Here's the front Stand I made for my car out of some used casters and scrap steel I had laying around. I still have to make the rear ones, but they're pretty straight forward to make and you can build them to whatever height you like.

Craftsman Tools "proudly made in china"

I like Proto tools. They are Stanley's high end tools and are made in the USA or Canada. Acklands sells them... I am going to slowly start buying more of these tools, they are pricey, but high quality. My work uses all Proto tools and I have yet to break any of there hand tools under tons of...

    Heater placement

I just had a garage heater installed last month and love it. It's a Reznor 45,000 BTU roof mount heater and it keeps the garage nice and toasty. My garage is 24'x24'x8' and I had to insulate it and poly it as well (I still have to finish the walls in OSB and replace the garage door, but that...

Those are dewalt bits, I got them on sale as well. I figured it would be a good idea to have them close to the drill.

    Cordless tool storage

Thanks guys for all the comments! I hope it gives ideas on how to store your tools. Now I'm on to making more shadow boards.. I hate doing them, but I also hate looking for tools or losing them.

    Cordless tool storage

Thanks for all the comments. I'd like to see your setup 74Dartswinger340. Yeah I bet that 36v drill is pricey!! Lowes has a sale on some of the 18v Dewalt tools (tool only for $98 ) so I got the reciprocating saw, 1/4" impact driver and chop saw, so that's why I built this, because they didn't...

    Cordless tool storage

I was getting tired of places to put my cordless tools, and then I came across RSnyder's post where he had his cordless tools on a nice shelf and then I decided to make one myself. I figured I'd share this to give people some ideas.. It cost about $40 to make. Ignore the mess in the shop...

Looks great! I like the idea of being able to slide stuff around and I really like how you have your cordless drills setup.. I might steal that idea! What's wrong with peg board? :D

Here's my workbench I just picked up. It's very well built and is pretty heavy! I also got a little 3" record vise to mount to it (a real Record vise made in England, not the new Erwin bought out china crap one)

How to organize a tool box

Here's how I like to organize tools. I spent 20+ hours masking this, but I won't lose any wrenches! I'm making another one for vise grips/pliers, screwdrivers, sockets and ratchets and all my cordless tools. I'll keep my toolbox for specialty tools.
