A body console glove box latch

And, then there's this shortened console. On close inspection is was obvious that it wasn't factory, but it was pretty cool. I was going to keep it to build a street rod, but somebody else wanted it more than I did.

    Worth anything?

I was walking to go give my core pads away at Spring Fling one year when a guy asked me what I was going to do with them. He offered me $20 each. SOLD. I had five or six at the time.

when is Legendary 25% off sales?

Waiting wasn't an issue with me. I ordered for two cars in the spring of 2021 with one of their sales. Saved a bunch and got free shipping. It took months. I think delivery of the last items was in October 2021. Those parts are still on the shelf. Might be getting the Barracuda painted soon and...

    '67 Barracuda bucket seat mounting

I needed to take my son's tracks apart to blast, clean, and paint. That required removing one stud per track. I cut the swage. When I put them back together I just welded the stud back. I do have one broken on one of the GTS buckets. I will probably replace them, but still tack them in.

    1970 Rally dash

A few years ago we were looking at a Sebring convertible that reeked of cigarette smoke. The guy tried to get me to make an offer. Not a chance...

    1970 Rally dash

'67-69 yes, but for some reason there was no place for a lighter in the 1966 Barracuda dash. My old '66 had it in the console. If you didn't order a console the lighter was attached to the underside of the dash.

    Convertible Barracuda Rear Side Panels

The Layson repops looked horrible in many ways. I needed a set for my son's Dart. I wound up buying a decent used set. They may actually go into the car one of these days.

Anybody receive seat covers from Legendary or Classic Industries lately?

I ordered lots of stuff from Legendary a couple of years ago. Took six months or so. It's all still in boxes waiting for seats to be a priority. Order before you need them and it won't be a problem.

    Pleats Not Sewn, Molded ('65's)

Yup, most 1960s Mopars had heat embossed inserts in the seats. One notable exception being the 1967 Barracuda. Some are very complex, like the 1966 Barracuda.

My NEW Legedary Seat covers installed

There is a possibility of popping the lower seat out and sliding it to match the lines. I believe there is some leeway in how the lower mounts.

    65 Dart factory tach

Wood grain showed up in 1969. 1968 still had the original design.

    Carpet Underlayment

I've always used the factory style carpet with jute backing. Never added anything else as I don't expect these cars to be quiet.

    Carpeting for 1966 Dart GT

Get jute backed loop for the correct fit and look. That is what ACC carpet will be. Legendary as well. Rock Auto customer service does not exist and I will NEVER order from them again. All over a $9 part that they wouldn't warranty...

    Console questions

Consoles are the same dimensions. Yes, the auto console can be cut, BUT they weren't cut in 1966. The auto console still has a smaller cutout that is covered by carpet that hangs over the opening. I haven't tried it on my son's Dart, but I suspect that the extra hump piece really isn't...

    bucket seats and console.

Holes for buckets are dimpled in the earlier cars, but also have reinforcement plates on the inboard. I have pics of the console bracket locations. The brackets were available from AMD, not sure if they still are.

    PG Classics Upholstery

IF you don't care about it looking original, go local. If you want original, go Legendary. Money anywhere else is a waste, including PG.

1968 Barracuda Bucket Seat Molded Foam

When I ordered my upholstery last year the foam came in a few weeks, the seat covers took several months (7-8). They're also still on my workbench a year later while I build my garage.

'67 Dart dash frame in a '67 Barracuda

Yes, it will bolt in. Yes, you will need the Dart under dash harness AND oil pressure sending unit (everything else is the same). Seems to be going the wrong direction, though. Everybody likes the Barracuda dash better (at least everybody I know). My son's '67 Dart convertible has a '67...

    PG Classics Upholstery

Depending on the car your local upholstery shop can do a fine job, but if you want original style heat embossed inserts there is really only one company to deal with, Legendary. I considered finding a local shop for my '67 Barracuda convertible, but in the end went with Legendary. I was prepared...

Seat upholstery sources for a 72 Duster

Legendary is the best, BUT the lead time is worse than when I got my stuff last year. ACC for the carpet if you don't go with Legendary. The upholstery can likely be done by a local upholstery shop IF there are no heat embossed parts.

How Hard Is It To Do?

You could work on getting them warrantied or visit a local upholstery shop to see if they could replace a single panel.
