Anyone use 67-69 drivers side exhaust manifold on a 64 Valiant?

As far as I know my old '66 Barracuda had the later manifold on it when I bought it in 1980. Likely had it in 1975 when my buddy bought it. It was a manual steering car. It was also a four speed car.

    hooker headers suck

One more thing, you may need to pull the torsion bars, too. I know that some headers have the steering linkage go between tubes and I suppose there's a possibility that the torsion bars could, too.

    hooker headers suck

I've never installed headers (that's right, I've been messing with Mopars since the late 70s and always had cast iron manifolds), but if you pull the steering column and steering linkage you might have an easier time and those parts are much easier to pull than the engine. I would try to install...

exhaust manifolds for 67 barracuda with 383

There's really no flow difference between the a-body and b-body right side manifold, just a slight difference in the downpipe portion.

exhaust manifolds for 67 barracuda with 383

Yeah, I missed that it was an original 383 car. Leave it stock.

exhaust manifolds for 67 barracuda with 383

You can run b-body HP manifolds. There may be a need to shorten the outer sleeve on the steering column up to the firewall. That need is there if you run the 67 driver side manifold on a 383 (won't fit with a 440) or with the 68-73 manifolds on an RB. I have a 383 with some 73 manifolds in my 67...
