It depends on how they are arranged. If the 9 pentagons are lined up, it would be 29 ft. (4x2+7x3)
Also, you could make a formula as long as they are lined up:
If P = # of pentagons & L = length of perimeter and P > 2 then,
L = 8 + 3(P-2)
