I have only seen store bought motor plates for the small block with the cut out. I just put one one my 408 and had to buy the cover for the hole in the motor plate. The cover plate allowed me to install AN fittings for a remote pump.

For guys with out access to a welder its loctite #638 retaining compound.

I had the same issue , I used a locktite retainer liquid. That was last year and still holding. I will get the prod number tommorow and post.

This came up the other day, look at a bottom install. No header problems, no paint scratches, motor and trans one shot and its a 1 man job.

You can look on the YEAR ONE site to look at the chart to see what speedo gear is needed. Its the tire OD and gear in the rear end that matters not tire ID.

My car started its life as an automatic, current setup has no switch, I will need to retrofit a switch for the MSD launch limiter. I will try radio shack for a micro switch and fab up a bracket, Thanks for your help.
