    I think the seat looks better than the basic rear seat. Cross bracing can be modified and if I mini tub the rear for a bit more meat, fabrication would be needed anyways.

    Went lookig for the "Methylene Chloride Reagent". That stuff is limited available and caution should be used. It must be the "good stuff" as it is considered a hazardous material and special shipping required. Oh by the way nice work on the dash!

    I was the same way as you I hated to cut the dash. I ended up mounting the stereo on a slide mount that I had. This was an under dash mount, under the ash tray. I used the ash tray mounts to mount the slide so I wouldn't have to drill into the dash. I don't smoke so I didn't miss the ask tray...

    I would say they would look fine. The question is do you like them? You will always run into the "expert" that will point out anything not original but the car doesn't belong to them it's yours.
