Looks like you can't rule anything out! It's been said that a similar situation existed with Challengers and shaker hoods. They ran short and substituted T/A hoods instead for a while.

Double-check the trunk underside with a magnet. I was buying some parts off of a Lite years ago and it happen to have an all-steel trunk lid. Factory may have run out of the steel/aluminum ones. Definitely makes it more sellable as a Lite with the correct parts!

Yes, but you have to use the corresponding headlight bezels. I've done it between '73-'74 and '75-'76 Dusters and Darts. I recall the parking lights might be a little difficult to install.
