Didn't all the old hot orders use imperial shocks or spring extenders? I went to my parts house told them I wanted a longer shock and suggested the imperial shocks. They are the same length.

My. US Car Tool connectors came with instructions stating to install them with car resting with its weight on the suspension. I do not know why, but they must know better than me.

I'd definitely check the whole frame, front and rear for more.

I'm not looking for stock ride height. Looking for a spring that will give the right stance and put the power to the ground at the same time.

I have a 1968 barracuda notch that has the HD springs but they are stock and sagging. Originally a 318/auto car, it will be getting a 440/auto. Which springs should I get to replace on a full body and interior car? I was guessing the 3400lb springs but figured I'd ask.

Interesting. My 68 barracuda was a 318 2bbl non AC broadcast sheet specifies 893/892 torsion bars.
