It is hard enough trying to snake in a Mini Starter. I could not imagine trying to put the stock style starter in with Dougs or TTI's.........

    E-bay headers

4sp missed shift stock 340 with a purple cam, new springs too. Revved to over 8 k on the miss. No revv limiter, dropped a valve end of story. I was only going to the store! Haaaaa No never found them, only found pieces in the pan and in the mufflers. Pieces were also in the carb! Lol

    E-bay headers

Yup! Like a big *** hole in the side of the block and a missing # 6 piston & rod..... Ask me how I know! Lol

    E-bay headers

As stated above they will seal. Others have used the slotted design and their fine. You only notice them while out of the box. Once installed you'll forget all about it.

    E-bay headers

I think they look pretty damn good for the $$. As far as the flanges sealing, as long as the surfaces are flat they should seal. Do they fit? I bet the passenger side will.... The drivers side? Don't know about that one.

    Header evac with mufflers

My buddy Jerry has the same Evac set up on his Nova 364 CI and a 400 Hit of NOS. He has fender well headers and mufflers about 4' away from the collector. Evac is in the collector. The system works xlnt. He has NO Vac Pump and running that much juice. Car runs 5.80's in the 1/8, it is no slouch...

Yup that thing is a f***inn DOG! Cam installed wrong and a lazy timing curve is probably it! Lol Oh.... That testing was done no more than 2 miles from my house. I live to the right on that hill you see in the back ground. Pretty Funny!

    Mad Dog Headers

Yes. Very True. This guy should mock up and make some Turbo Headers with 3/8 Flanges for the Mopar Crowd, he would sell them like Hot Cakes without a doubt.

    Mad Dog Headers

Yes I have several sets of TTI Headers. All you got to do is tell the guy you want 3/8" Flanges on them, seems easy enough.

    Mad Dog Headers

Those look good! The quality looks better than TTI from what I can see!

So your exhaust dumps in 2 places, at the rear axle and at the bumper?

**Summit Universal X Pipe with TTI Headers**

I can say that you are onto something between this and your other post..... Have I heard this before? No... but I will go with real world scenario from someone who has been there and done that. Most don't have an 800+HP Small Block like yours so for those it is hard to believe what you are...

    3" or 2.5" Pipes?

Here is another area where real world scenarios override what everyone is posting here. My good friend has ran 9.20's in the quarter running 2.5" pipes all the way to the bumper! Is there a place for different size exhaust? Well sure, but again there is Huge mis information out there on this...

    New TTi shorties

No I did not notice. What I would do is call them if I was in the market for a set and tell them not to send the extensions and take them off the price. I then would build my own extensions and step it up to 3" instead right after the collector!:D

    New TTi shorties

I just seen these in person at MATS on their display engine. The tubes look very small even though they are 1 5/8 tubes into the collector, especially coming right off the head. Good quality as expected from TTI.

    New TTi shorties

Yeah but I can build myself a set and anything else I want or need for my projects..... Can you say the same?? I doubt it. There are other options out there besides thinking TTI is GOD headers. Yes they work well and I have bought them and used their product. Pick your parts pay your $$

    New TTi shorties

They have there place. I don't believe their recommended power rating at all. They will handle more than that easily, especially if they are used to feed a turbo or 2! Remember this is the Internet and it is full of jack wads....I'm included sometimes.
  28. Mad Dart

    New TTi shorties

Nothing wrong with the shorty headers. I used the headman's on my TT Engine build!
  29. Mad Dart

    New TTi shorties

Yeah they are drunk. A buddy of mine just built a set of Long Tube 2" to 2 1/4" Custom headers that fire in the correct order into the collector for $300.00 Took him some time but they came out Cool as all get out! They are going on a SBC Naturally Aspirated that will be tapping on 1000 HP.

What do I do with this?

Now that is some **** work.....:puke: To see how this should be done look at post #8 in the link here..... http://www.forabodiesonly.com/mopar/showthread.php?p=1969887347&posted=1#post1969887347
