Thank you. I think that is the best route. I just found a place here in Mexico that sells the steering boxes. I had been told they are imposible to get here, but I just bought it.

The box has been adjusted all it can be but there is still a lot of play in it. Are there bushings inside the steering box that can be replaced to get rid of the play? I want to know if that is posible before I sepnd money on it, as that is what I am told by the mechanics here.

I know for sure the play is inside the steering box. The steering Wheel moves but the movement is not coming out of the other end of the box. Both of my cars are like this so I figured it was an extremely common. problem.
