Insurance Co. says car must be in a locked garage

You’d be wise to check again. I had American Collectors for about a year. Decided before I went to Carlisle I would call them and ask if I was covered while parked in the Hotel parking lot for the show and was abruptly told no. I would only be covered driving to and from the show and while...

    Edelbrock Pro Flow 4

Exactly. And so is the sticky a while back talking about “us” not knowing how to correctly set the initial timing at 12* and how to make sure we knew how to install the distributor pointing to #1. The fact that it was a BB shown in the pictures was brought up at that time also. They still denied...

    Edelbrock Pro Flow 4

They have a sticky post about distributor phasing which was posted by the moderator within the past couple weeks. My comment about the guys issue confirming there is a phasing issue has gone unanswered. Go figure.

    LA engine valve cover leaks

Try installing the Edelbrock manifold used with the ProFlo4 EFI, major interference with the aluminum valve covers compared to the other manifolds I’ve used.

    Edelbrock Pro Flow 4

Yes that’s because I had issues 3 years ago twice and they finally got it right.

    Edelbrock Pro Flow 4

Just like the intake manifold not clearing the distributor. I had two manifolds that needed massaging for the distributor to fit in the block. I also have 2 engines that have this timing issue. I guess I’ll be making the same adjustments to fix mine too.

CVF alternator and power steering pump V belt brackets ?

I have their serpentine setup. I’m pleased with the quality. They (CVF) are easy to work with as I changed the adjustment turnbuckle lengths and positioning on the A/C compressor and alt and they sent me what I needed along with extra belts to find what I needed.

    CVF Racing Shout Out!

After thinking about it a little more, you are going to need some spare spacers and I had to grind/cut several down to fit correctly due to altering the location of turnbuckle mounting location. CVF was also a good source for these once I had an idea of what I needed. Hopefully you can see...

    CVF Racing Shout Out!

The belt part number is A/C #K080525 with a turnbuckle body length of 5.5 inches. I also shortened the Alt belt but I don’t have a mechanical fuel pump. Alt belt #K080435 and a turnbuckle body of 3.5 inches. FYI...The AC turnbuckle in my setup is in a different location than the way their...

    CVF Racing Shout Out!

They are also good working with you after the sale. I used the small block serpentine conversion kit and didn’t like the A/C compressor as high as the kit had it. They sent me multiple belts and turnbuckles to get it where I needed without charging me and then I sent back what wasn’t needed.

    small block water pump length?

Hopefully this will work for you if I understand your question.

CVF Racing small block v-belt brackets

Haven’t used the “V” belt brackets but have used the serpentine conversion with A/C P/S with no issues. I replaced the Bouchillon A/C sanden conversion brackets due to belt slippage at times due to only using 1 belt.

    AFTER MARKET GAUGE RECOMMENDATIONS

VDO makes nice electrical gauges. Been using them for years. Never a problem.

People dropping FI setups like hot potatoes

I agree with quite a few assessments here. I have a ProFlo3 and ProFlo4 and also helped install and tune a ProFlo3 on a friend’s Maverick. All run good and replaced carbs that worked good. What I like is the ability to start cold and not have to play with the throttle for 5 minutes for it to sit...
