    no, a flexfuel sensor will not work With Your Stock carb. it may get you a value on a display so that you can change jets when the mix is off. maybe you have to change jets every time you fill the tank:-) I think I have read about a Electronic adjustable metering Block once, but I cant find it...

    As a rule of thumb, you have 100% increase in power over n/a @ 14psi. Good feeling with the great torq the extra air under pressure deliver:-)
