Carlisle is a lot of fun. I did almost every spring/Mopar event in the 80's. Didn't buy a lot, if you don't count sausage and pepper sandwiches, but it's a good time as long as the weather holds. It's neat you're from my old stomping grounds. I'm not going to highjack your welcome thread...

Cool. I had a few sets of heads cleaned up by that shop and they did good work, albeit that was 45ish years ago. :) Most of my block work i had done at a shop in Hyattsville and my old brain can't recall the name of it right now...lol. If/when i do get back up there, i'll let you know so you...

Sooooo nice  . I'm not a huge fan of the purple cars, but that's a beauty. And the fact that it's deep into the 11's with that stock looking engine bay is just icing on the cake. Wonderful job.

    Look what followed me home

Welcome . I like the 69/70 Furies also. As far as the Demon and being raucous, you already have BB experience, but with a 4spd, a high winding small block with some gear really wets my whistle.:)

    Might buy a 65 Dart

They sure look like sm. pattern wheels to me. The 4" Cragar wheels back then had a small center and specific cap. And they sure look the same, frt/rr to me. Nothing wrong with sm. pattern disks in my opinion, but it's something you need to verify, imo.

    clone

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt here...So welcome to FABO. :) I'd love to have that car, especially a big block (383) but it's not a candidate for any clone, just a nice "big" car to show/cruise if it's in good shape or worthy of a restore? Let's see some pics?
