no, the mounting bracket on the front is different. You can swap the mounting brackets from radio to radio, but the valiant bracket is different.

They were not available factory after 1969 but they remained available for several years into the 70 through the hustle stuff catalog and could be dealer installed or installed by the owner.

Those look like redone seats based on the 69 coronet pattern. 68 and 69 B body seats are the same seat frame as 68 and 9 A body, only the tracks are different. I have very similar pattern in my 69 coronet as the op seat.
