I don't think that would work?? 360 have larger radius on the pan and 273-340 is smaller... you could put a spacer on a 360 pan to use on other small blocks but not 360 with a spacer to use 273-340 pan

Champion copper core is what I run in my 273. Work s great, I was running ngk but didn't run right. Switched to champion coppers much better. I'm sure it only needs a small spark to excite the fuel, but I'm sure your motor was lacking in a good spark and a slight cc loss in chamber area.

I'm not using chevy valves just made reference to them as a option to turning the ones I got but I am not running them. Either way I would not put a set of heads together with out new guides.
