I know that there is a kit to add the cruise control to a 727 or 904 trans but I can't remember off the top of my head what it was ( I'll try to find it ). It wouldn't be the same as using it off the donor car but should still work with an older a body regardlesss of the engine...

Schumachers are good, that is what I used. I would look around for a good deal on them since a lot of people sell them used after upgrading. I bought my stuff from rocket resto's on eBay (from Olympia Washington)

If you get conversion motor mounts it will drop right in. Unless you build a killer 318, thats really all you need (besides the linkage stuff)
