I replaced the front floor pans in Dave Layson's daily driver '66 Valiant using the 67+ patch panels. It's not as hard as everybody makes it out to be. Just be patient and work with forethought. Figure about 8 hours total for the two front pans, I'm gettin old and just not as fast as I used to...

This is what I use....... Technically....it's a "cow" magnet. You can find them at vet offices, farm supply stores, etc....I got this one from the "kill floor" of a beef packing plant when I was pipe-welding. These are STRONG magnets!!!!! Fits "just right" in the end of a piece of garden...

Yes, we have those little rubber/felt plugs, part# ME-SB73B, $16.00/pair. The pic in your first post is correct on the window scrapers. If the outer piece was any longer, the little rubber/felt plugs would not be able to be installed....and if the outer was any longer, your stainless molding...

FYI.......I hope you do realize that there's supposed to be a little fuzzy rubber "plug" that goes in the rectangular hole just behind the exterior whisker, just under the 28 1/2" mark on your tape measure. This little fuzzy rubber plug is what the stainless piece rubs against when the window...

Just simply a matter of removing the black lock-strip then re-installing the new one. You do not have to remove the glass or do anything else.... We do offer a lock-strip tool, part# BW-47000...1963-66 A-body Windshield lockstrip installation tool...$19.95

The factory correct lock strip has "ribs" in it and it does have a chrome/metallic appearance to it. The currently available lock strip is metallic in appearance, but does not have the "ribbing" in it.

'65 & '66 Barracuda wheel trims are exactly the same EXCEPT for the notching at the lower corners for the rocker moldings. The '66 version has a much larger notch for the '66 rocker molding....other than that, they are the same shape.

Not much chance..... Just not enough demand to justify the cost of tooling....

I have searched the internet for instructions on this....they do not exist. But you might peruse the "Member's Restorations" forum here on this board because I'm sure somebody else has run into this as well.

These are the only instructions available. The manufacturers do not supply instructions with the parts they produce.....
