    That is a new core, 3-row with new bottom tank, and your old top tank with a new hedder plate, still cheaper, will handle 400 hp no problem.....

    Just so you know, there was a radiator shoot out in Street Rodder mag some years back to settle this age old discussion brass vs alum, brass won out by almost 10 degrees, also there is a differance in coolants, some dropping running temps more so than others as well as the mix, IMO run a brass...

    i`m assuming its a three row rad? might want to have it cleaned and pressure check, change your thermostat back to 180, it will give the rad more time to cool off, plus drill a 1/8th hole in the top of the thermostat to prevent air pockets from building in the system, are you using a over flow...

    fan spacer..how much clearance

    I have bought hoses using a piece coat hanger for the basic shape, and length in a auto parts store for comparison then sometimes having to shorten one end or both, that way still have a formed hose that does not normally collaspe! Rick
