Thanks to all who offered parts, but I found a 3.23 in a 742 case with a rebuild clutch sure grip... I can't believe I found one 5 miles from home.... Got to love craigs list!!!

I already have the housing and BB axels, so I need a center, brakes, shock plates, and hardware... just let me know if you are interested in selling some of the parts.

Does anyone have a complete 8.25 rear for sale near (within a couple of hours) Cincinnati OH. I would like to find one with a 3.21 gear if possible, but will consider others. I am looking to replace my 7.25 rear, but I am having a hard time justifying the cost of an 8.75. I think an 8.25...

Check the Cincinnati Ohio craigslist... Pretty sure there is a 68s 340 fastback for 8500... Not too far from Muncie too...

I have no idea of the differences btween console and non console, but I do have a Hurst at home that I was told was from a '68... again, I have no idea, but if someone can get a good pic or a part # (if there is one), I would be happy to dig it out and take a look...
