No those are not the trim clips for the vinyl top. RT specialties has them in stock.

The seams on you vinyl top should run congruently with the seams below the rear glass.

Sounds like an easy up stop adjustment. Very easy to do, but even so, the 1st time I did it I had to refer to the FSM. It's spelled out in an articulate manner so that even I could follow along.

Called around with still no luck. I emailed RT Specialtes the pic this morning he said he'd get back to me in 10 min but haven't been able to reach him, I'm guessing he didn't have any luck either. Is there anyone at all with an idea where I can get the correct clips to mount my moulding?

These all sit at the rear most portion of the vinyl top, below the rear window. They slide over the the little posts on the body & secure the trim down to the body surface.

Anybody out there have any success installing vinyl trim on a '73-'74? If so what did you use for these little guys?

I can confirm, at least for '73, that the vinyl comes down to the bottom of the A-pillar.

Those are only half of the clips you'll need for '73. Call RT Specialties. He doesnt advertise a kit for the swinger, but he has them in stock. I just received mine both those clips & the plastic clips came in the kit for I think it was $24. Good luck

Got home today after letting the Plastic Weld set overnight. I sanded off the excess on the two tabs & shaped out the mounting holes until I was satisfied. I shot the tabs down with 2 coats of Mopar Argent & threw the turn signal lenses in took a couple of pics. Here's my fully restored...

I used enough Plastic Weld to fill in the material and then some. After a short setting time I was happy to see a decent initial repair of both tabs. After the epoxy sets for another 24 hours, I'll remove the excess & shoot the tabs with a little Argent to seal the deal. I'll put up the finished...

Once I was happy with fitment & convinced myself to stop messing with it before i went too far, I mixed up the Devcon Plastic Weld.

Using a sharpie, I traced the breaks on the old broken tabs & using a Dremel & cutoff wheel got to the rough shape of my repair patches. After a few test fits & adjustment with a couple of small hand files, I had two pieces that fit rather well. I kept adjusting taking very little off at a time...

Using the original grille as a donor, I removed a large enough piece of material to rough out a couple of replacement tabs for my new grille. I took some measurements and using the broken tabs did a rough layout on the pieces to be grafted in.
