    Now its a 512

I think the 7500 HP you posted is either a pipe dream or a mis print. I would suspect the later. Horse power is always fun, especially for a 17 yr old. I know it was when i was his age. Ha, still is and i'm 58 yrs young. Good luck on it. Small Block

Rebuildable? No expert but a simple phone call to the right place will answer your question. They are all gears and do dissasemble so i'll lean toward yes as being my answer. I dont know of anyone that tore one up. I'm sure there are though. Small Block

    Diff Dilemna! Need opinions!

Here ya go. I'm running a stock/6 spring under an Eaton TruTrac 3.91 gear behind a 400+ horse 440 with a 727. No issues at all. The Eaton is a gear drive sure grip. Pulls the same on both sides. They claim good to 600 horse. The axles are Yukons. Do it once with a TruTrac. Small Block

    Cleaning Intakes

Tom: Good question. If it's real nasty i'll put it in the parts washer and then it goes into the bead blaster. Does a pretty nice job. Then i gasket match the ports then wash with water hose to flush out any grinding that may be left then blow dry with a cattle groomer heat blower. And then it...

I know there are you guys and gals on here that have ran down the track several times and are tuned up on what they require at the track but for those of us that have never done so we need some guidance so to speak. One would probably need to get some type of rules to determine what his or her...

    1/8 th vs 1/4 ?

Is there a general rule of thumb to tell or give one a close approximation on times in the quarter given the 1/8 th mile time? Example= 1/8 th mile time is 7 seconds. Do you add 50%( being 3.5 seconds) to the 7 and coming up with a total of 10.5 seconds for the 1/4 time would you be close? Or...
