    I am installing a new TQ at the same time as my 340. How much Trans fluid does this thing need before i install it? And do I even have to add trans fluid? Makes sense that I do. Also..since the 340 is internally balanced...and the harmonic balancer is neutral balanced..should I assume the TQ...

    Thanks! And super good answer. And yes..I ask because I am buying a torque converter and installing it while I have the engine out of the car. Something around a 2000-2200 stall. It is the original trans(and motor). Non-lock up it is.

    Diff oil choices

    Just finished off the swap of the 7-1/4 to a 8-3/4, Mopar SS leafs and a new driveshaft. What is the preferred gear oil for the differential with Richmond gears and sure grip? I would like to use a synthetic with the sure grip additive already in it. Thanks, Doug
