I believe it would insulate your wheel so your horn when grounded would blow with the horn switch,in other words without it your horn going to be on all the time unless you put horn switch on the dash....

My opinion is that Moog is better quality over all... I do a lot of front end work at my shop and the cheaper stuff is always harder to install and I have had come backs on them,mainly on Ford trucks and vans. Moog outsources their products all over the world,hate to say it but china stuff works...

Tires on back are 275/50/15 BF Goodrich Drag radials,It has staggered shackles. No it is not mini-tubed,they rolled the wheel lips and pulled the quarters out to flare it..SS springs.
