Well some common issues with them neons are the cam postion sensors seals taking a dump,causing the lubrication to leak past.Ignition switch was common too around here, due to the young girls hanging 10lbs of key jewelery and do-hickies off their key chains,...from what I remember 7 years ago...

Could try your local mopar dealer, when I worked at the parts counter we had a couple giant blue boxes with various OE connectors. But that was over 5 years ago=/
