Not the same. The 360 head has larger intake and exhaust ports. I just looked up the casting number that you posted....it's a 318 head. 318 and 273 heads have the same port size. treblig

If you're asking me....the Dakota manifold will also work on the passenger's side but it exits much closer to the firewall on an A body than the 96/97/98 Jeep Grand Cherokee passenger's manifold. Treblig
