Thank you gentlemen. I have been dealing with a kidney stone last week and didn’t get back out into the garage until just yesterday. Also, it’s at least a 10 minute job for me to find the tools I need.

Can I fix this without taking the carb back off? I assume I can take the front bowl off and put a correct size O-ring in there around that tube. I can barely reach this. ( I use a wheelchair and can’t stand. I can’t take the carb off by myself anymore)

My Holley carburetor was rebuilt in January and it worked OK for a few months but now it’s leaking horribly. Why?? it leaks from the back of the front bowl area where the tube is inserted to provide gas to the rear secondaries. Why does it pour gas out of there now when it didn’t leak there...

Okay Thanks. I have not rebuilt a carburetor in the past 12 years or so, but it has been 20 years since I think I put a kit in a Holley 4bbl carb .

Remove the tank and filler tube and clean out the nest or what ever is blocking the filler tube. Could be a dead animal too. Ask me how I know. Re-install.
