Finally found time to pull the trans pan it 's burnt good. Tried to adjust band s with no avail. My next question is i bought another 904 core to build. It has a vibration weight on the tail shaft. What years was this used? I haven't picked it up yet so I can't get the numbers off it.

I'm not sure what color the 4-speed bell housing is supposed to be on my 340 Demon. Is it supposed to be engine color or natural? Any help would be great. It is currently natural not sure it is right. Thanks

You might have to drill a set of small bolt pattern drums to fit large bolt pattern. I think you can buy new drums from napa for the small bolt pattern and have them drilled to fit.
