    have had mine running for bout 2, 3 years now on the 71 swinger. the one boot is almost rubbing the stud and nut of the wiper motor.

    same problem here no start with a battery under 12 volts. i got the biggest battery i could 800 cca. and still only gets spark when battery is over 12. if its high comp. motor you may need a high torque starter.

    the amp gauge in the stock dash has two wires on the back of it can i just bypass the meter or is there a regulator or sumthing in there. the reason is i got a volt meter for the new dash and it has a different wiring setup. or should i just order an ammeter.

    i cant run an optimum battery or i have that type of charging problem w/battery in trunk.

    FBO or MSD what do you use?

    my msd works just fine. the digital e-cure distributer hooks right up to the coil ..no box no prob. just about 2 year and running
