I think you went the wrong way on the air bleed size.by making them smaller you get less air into the circuit so you richen it up. to lean the mixture use bigger ones. air bleeds work just the opposite of the main jets. bigger is leaner and smaller is richer.

a bog is generally a lean condition so with that in mind l'd say you would want to check out the power valve which at 12 hg. it will stay shut until the vacuum drops below 6.5. you may need one closer to your 12hg. secondly check the vacuum pod to see if it's opening to fast. if it is it will...

glad you found the problem. put a dab or two a moly paste on each end of the new push rod to help break it in.

your fuel line size is just fine. what you might try is holley blue or black pump just after your rear filter. you'll need to use a regulator sat at 5-6 psi after the filter at the front too.

have you considered changing over to #8 or #6 all the way to the carbs? it would be a good idea.

there is a little rod that has to be held up just a bit so the pump lever can get under it. this is what drives the pump. if you don't do this the pump lever will miss the rod and not pump.
