In 1969 you could get a 340, 383 or even a 440 with 'Cuda Package it was not just a M Code thing. You had to check off a Special " A56, A57 or A13 Code " on the order slip which was clearly marked "'Cuda Package"

Not sure what you are trying to say about the "Cuda" name? It first appeared on a 1969 Barracuda as an option package with it spelled out on the front fender with twin scoops on the hood and a special black out stripe package. So the Cuda was a 69 car which was not an E Body but an A Body. Just...
