He was driving sprint cars again. I had seen him race twice in person in sprint cars. He could get it done. But it make you wonder if it was all him or was he on the something at the time????

I am addicted to ice tea also! I went down that same road of "awake all night". However, after cutting out all tea (switch to water) and food, after 7pm. I get a much better nights sleep!! Also lost about 15 pounds in about 8 months when I started this routine.
