Does it pull the wire smoothly? I had a cheapo chinese welder that I could never get to feed the wire smooth. A couple feet and then it would start to drag and mess up the weld. C

Hey Rob, I just upgraded to the TP Tools kit that DuBob linked to. I have used the pick up tube, but I haven't swapped out the gun yet. Just the tube made a big difference. It doesn't chug along, it spays a steady stream now. Don't know why you would go through ceramic tips so quickly...

68 - most of the hinges were ok. There were two boxes that the hinges were froze up on, but after a bath in the electrolysis the hinges were freed up! You can get long lengths of piano hinge from woodworking supply places though that you just cut to length with sheet metal shears. C
