Finally figured it out, it's the chrome trim that runs along the door and front part of the quarter panel at the bottom of the side windows, if it has it.

My 1969 cuda has code M31 on the data plate. I always thought this was referring to the rocker mouldings and yet I haven't seen them any on A57 code cars with the M31 code. Does anyone know about this or have a picture?
