Should be two pieces-upper and lower they are not the same.You will also need the clips for both and the bolt holes are not the same 68-69.

Good Luck on the windshield without sealer.It may not leak but I have seen too many windshields that people tried to use a clear silicone after they found leaks.

Rani is correct-3M is great for building grille parts,also does great on 4 speed humps-a pillar covers-instrument panel covers,just about everything but the crack of dawn.
