i think the first is a circuit breaker for the accessories in case of a dead short.

No spark i,d check the ballast. It should spark somewhere even if its off.

I did it and then in two months changed to electronic voltage regulator and two field alternator.Not enough charge at idle.

Orange wire is astray light and yellow is door light/buzzer switch I believe.

Thats how mines grounded. You may want to use a sacrificial anode rod in your radiator to protect your aluminum parts. I have one in mine I bought on amazon for 12 bucks.

I would think it would be the dark blue or dark blue with a white stripe. try a jumper for that one.

collapsing fuel line can do this.

Check the brown wire to the starter relay from the trans.Ground this prong on the relay to rule out the neutral switch. But be careful, it will start in gear when grounded if selectors not in park.

Have you checked the ballast. It can fry when you hit the key

Always check the ballast resistor first in a no spark situation.
