For added safety I tack weld the back of the stud. I've never had a problem with the studs backing off.

Depending on the condition of the parts anywhere between $200 and $300. The only problem is the condition of the rotors. The two piece rotors are hard top come by and if you do find them expect to pay some big bucks. Make sure the rotors are checked by a brake shop to insure they can be turned...

I jsut finished mine last spring. I used an old wheel adapter as a template. Placed on a drill press and accurately drilled the holes. I then taped the holes for the screw in lug bolts. worked great!!
