That be the one. My problem is the wiring diagram shows the tach harness but everything ends at the firewall.

If you want to keep things looking stock take a spare ballast resistor and gut it. Run your jumper wire behind the resistor. That way you have a full 12 volts for the MSD to run while keeping the stock look.

My original plan was to run an MSD. This required a mod to the tach because of the MSD multiple spark. I changed my mind on the MSD (fickle sometimes) and went with a Firecore setup. I probably need to have the tach rewired. I'm still looking for the contact info for the guy that did the tach...

Yes, that's a correct Mopar tach. I think all the tachs had the base. There's a 67 GTX local here that has the tach. I'll try and see if he has the base. Just an FYI, the tach should work if you run the stock Mopar electronic ignition however it won't with the MSD. Multiple spark. You'll either...
