    Do you use your A/C

Do you use the air conditioning in your classic car or truck. I have it in two of my classics and used it once or twice all summer and that's only because the wife was ridding along I prefer to have the windows down if you use it quite often what's your age

    Battling overheating new 360 build

From the picture looks like your shroud is not covering the fan at all not pulling any air through it the radiator I'm not an expert just my thoughts think of the fan and shroud like this it's able to cool at idle because not as much heat generated and with your setup able to pull some air when...

    Battling overheating new 360 build

shroud should cover around 2/3 of the blade and have just enough room at the end of the blades to get the v belt through make sure there is no place sucking air at the shroud to radiator

    383 Duster Radiator/Mechanical Fan Combos

Looks bigger than it really is -- cross flows are not finished on the top or bottom so had to come up with some way to cover it and hold it towards the radiator support -- this is the best I could figure out -- split it in the middle like the early B's did from the factory

    383 Duster Radiator/Mechanical Fan Combos

Here's a couple of pictures I'm still in the mock up stage using a Be Cool cross flow as big as I could get between the frame rails made a lower mount and the shroud is two piece that splits in the middle so I can get it in right now I have the Hayden clutch on it but it's way to close to the...

    mechanical (rigid) fan blade

Again I have a clearance issue even using the shortest clutch available - IMO electric fans do not belong on our older cars I hate them - so do I give up some HP that probably won't be missed that much like post # 7 or use the clutch and possibly having to remove EVERYTING in front of the clutch...
