Part supply is not good at all tried to order leaf springs from ESPO and she said that I would be looking at 2 months to receive them and I see that's true with several other items I was considering another project but with supply issues it's not happening

I once had some iron heads rebuilt and they were junk for $900.00 - One thing to think about do you know for sure if the heads have been milled if so how much going through the same thing right now and going aluminum that way I know for sure
