    Alternatives/Suggestions Lack of power steering?

I dont think itll add 100 pounds. More like 50ish, just a pump, box, bracket and two lines. Even if it sagged it another 1/2 you can compensate some by adjusting your torsion keys up.

PS to manual steering swap. What's needed?

How much travel do leaf springs need?

Never seen them personally used, but i saw them on extreme 4x4 and they were cool. The axle contacts it and slowed the travel down very gently instead of a sudden stop. Their pricey but they can help if you need them. I would get it all together and drive it before buying them. Even then id only...

How much travel do leaf springs need?

you might look at hydraulic bump stops, they absorb the impact and slow it down rather than just a sudden slam stop that jars the whole car.

How much travel do leaf springs need?

they dont really need to much. i would say to find how much you need for your application would be to, lay under the car in a safe spot with a tape measure and have a couple guys rock the car side to side and see how much you need since you want to do autocross and body roll is going to be your...

how to check if chassis is square

Check your door gaps to make sure their even, use tape measures criss cross of the engine bay, use levels on all four parts of the subframe, have it sitting on jack stands with them under the suspension so as to simulate it sitting on the ground. It would be best to have the engine and trans in...

    Pitman arm boot

They only difference between the tie rod boot and pitman arm boot would be a bigger hole and shorter skirt. So a little trimmin with a razor blade might get one to work if you cant find one thats proper to it

    Pitman arm boot

Try energy suspension boots. I know they sell them for tie rids and such so pitman arm should be any different. Also check the help! Aisle at your local parts store as they may have them. Or the "performance" section where they keep their aftermarket gauges and mufflers and such.

    Strut nuts

A 9/16 was to big? I was searching for some and 1/2 is to small and 5/8 is to big so i was leaning towards the 9/16. Anyway it could be a metric 14mm because i put a thread gauge over it and 14mm did fit better than 9/16 but being a 70's mopar i assumed it would be standard and not metric
