I have that same cam in my 410 stroker with an 850dp but locked my dizzy to 36 degrees it's a little rich but never hooked up a sensor . Want to to get it tuned up better has hesitation off idle put pretty responsive when cruising .

Ok I will pull the thermostat and make sure it's opening I mean even if it isn't a motor wouldn't reach 220+ in less than 2 mins would it?? I've never seen a temp gauge go up so fast I'm also going to put a second gauge on and see if its accurate

Yea THIS radiator is from THIS car and was ran on a 318 before. Now I had a stock rad That was ran on my 360 before I built the stroker, and I ran it on the stroker temporarily and it never went over 200. Is there that much of a difference between a 318 and 360 rad? Also my upper hose isn't...

Can It be because of the carb sitting for a long period of time that it needs to be gone through again?? Pcv is hooked up no brake booster. No can the springs in which put pressure on the accelerator be a factor as well... As for it getting hot I mean not even a minute and this thing is@ 210...

Yea sorry should have mentioned. Pulled heads and put a 1008 felpro head gasket on. So yes dizzy and intake came off

Thought you were using the aluminum ?? Showed you how I did mine pulled out old lines as a whole and and copied the bends by hand using old lines as a template i guess you'd call it very simple I'll show you when u get back to San Jose
