I sold a lot of stuff in the swap meet and made out great. I think I sold half of what I brought. I don't usally sell that much stuff. I did get a chance to check out the car show, and saw some pretty nice cars. I did'nt get to see any racing though.

I'll be there too..likely just selling parts as well. Thought about racin the duster tho.

I had a great day selling off some parts, and the weather was beautiful ! I snuck over to check out some show vehicles, and there was some really nice cars ! I did not get to see much racing though darn it ! LOL!

heres a few pics from the event, which had good weather, and great fun on the drag strip, and the show field...

I was thinkin about going to this show tomorrow, but after I got looking at the map I realized it's about 3 hours a way from me....think I'll pass on this one.

It sure was cold and blustery there today.... I found a few small items, but not even one car trailer for sale. The search goes on. I did see you "Davescuda" but you were busy talking so I did not want to interupt. Did anybody score any good mopar items ??

I'd like to find a pair of small bolt centerline autodrag wheels, 15 X 8 1/2 with the 4 7/8 backspace, a 71' factory thermoquad intake, and a 70/71 340 air cleaner (reasonable priced), a #4972 thermoquad, and an 16 or 18 foot open car trailer ( reasonable)......hmmmm, thats pretty much it for now.

I used to go, but I had a buddy get his car stolen in a hotel parking lot at night ( then recovered 2 months later, but had parts missing) so I don't bother with it any more.

I can't remember what the admission fee is...I think about 15.00 or so, ( maybe someone else on here will know for sure) and gates open pretty early, I usally get there for 6:30 AM. This is a very big swap meet. It takes all day long to get through it.

I had a friend that had his car stolen from this event a few years ago, but luckily it was recovered a couple months later, and some of the parts were missing, but at least he got it back. That sort of freaked me out as far as bringing my car up there and leaving it in a hotel parking lot over...

Is this dealer ( Foster motors ) on RT 7 ? It seems as if I'v been by this place years ago. How far is it from Bennington ? This might be somthing to do on Fathers day weekend.

ya, you noticed that too in Colchester. M.I.M. needs to rethink this, as sooner or later theres going to be more and more belly buttons and blue ovals showing up taking up parking spaces in these small dealer lots, we have our shows at.

I agree completely....and AMC cars were not built by Chrysler, and are NOT mopars in any way! I know AMC meets, and they don't let mopars in.
