[SOLD] 1970 Super Bird orange color title still one family since father has passed

No, the J number is the "Job number" located on the data tag under the hood, on the driver side inner fender apron. It is a J with 5 numbers. (example J98379)

ok, great thankyou ! I'm always recording down all the information on superbirds I can find, and currently have about 600 known surviving superbirds, on the registery. I know there are many more, but I'v only started this 3 years ago or so.

[SOLD] 1970 Super Bird orange color title still one family since father has passed

any chance you could post a picture of the data tag under the hood. I'm interested in the "J" number so I could list this car in my superbird registery (my registery is not online). Or just tell me the "J" number if the owner does not want the VIN listed. I already know the VIN number, as you...

    '79 Dodge Warlock

Wow, I'v always wanted a warlock to go along side my lil red express, and it's the year and color I'd want. You do know that bright red on a warlock is the rarest color don't you? I don't have the space and time to restore another vehicle right now, but if I did, I'd be all over it. Good luck...

    '71 Duster 340...maybe...

ya, this has really turn'ed in to an interesting thread. Another interesting thing I'v noticed is the some of the early 71' cars I'v looked at have the 'X" heads, and somewhere along the line they switched to the "J" casting heads. I suspect, they were using up what was left over from 70'...

    '71 Duster 340...maybe...

I'v only ever seen the "340 duster" on the tail panels, of all the original 71 340 cars around here, including mine, but mine is an early build car ( sept 70). The "duster" lettering like you have is generally only on non-340 cars ( 318/ slant 6), so this is pretty interesting....I think it's...

    '71 Duster 340...maybe...

I'm not sure what your looking at on the tail panel, that you belive is not correct.....but that is how all 71 340 dusters that have the tail stripe, should look and is 100% correct, along with the " duster 340" lettering. Some cars like the orange one above, that did not have the tail stripe...

    '71 Duster 340...maybe...

I would love to see the fender tag........If that is a real V-24 car, then it would be the first one I'v ever seen with chrome mirrors. I'm not saying it's not correct, but I'v never seen that before.

    1970 Duster 340 on Craigslist

well I'm that kinda guy (with bodyman skills)! The green duster you see in my avatar was 5 times more rusted than this one. I do all my own work, and I would like a 70' duster to go along with my 71'. Complete restorations are my hobby. I have less than 11.000.00 invested in my 71, ( yes...
