    It's fly'n .... in the 90s, I played a lot of golf. I played with a Spaudling Flying Lady. This was about the same time that we got our first home computer and it used "flynlady" as my login and it has just stuck! LOVE THIS THREAD!!!

    OMG....I can't stop laughing to reply to each person! I've tried the milk crate but it slips out from under me; I'll try to use longer tools, however, not sure how well the heels would work; swing...hmmmmm...I'll run that by my husband, not sure what the neighbors would think BTW, 1966...

    I was trying to get to bolts to remove starter. It's quite a stretch and could get good leverage without my feet on the ground. :thumbup: So how do you reach those difficult places when you're working on your car? Thanks! You SUCK! :joker:

    I'm 5' 4.75" on a good day! And my arms don't reach very far....aaaarrrggghhh! I've tried using a step ladder to give myself a boost but I'm sure some of you clever folks out there have figured out a better way.
