Finishing my dad’s custom 65 barracuda

Love it and smart move on the connectors, my '65 flexed noticeably on parking deck ramps.

1966 Valiant Wagon Hello from South Dakota

Welcome, very cool wagon and beautiful, love to see more pics. The colors remind me of salt water taffy.

    Been away for a while..

Welcome back, nice to see the appreciation for these, that color shows off the styling which is so cool, to each his own but I don't get how people say these cars are ugly. Just an upgrade in wheels/tires which it looks like yours already has, changes the whole look. What are your plans?

Hello you fellow mopar enthusiasts i am new lol

Welcome to the best car forum on the internet! Lots of tech knowledge here, the only advice I have is make sure your Swinger can stop as reliably as it goes!

Space duster what do you think?

I like it, I like The Jetsons, Saturday mornings I HAD watch the Jetsons. I will say when a car is so customized as that, it can be difficult to sell if you ever want to. But if you love it then that's not a concern.

    66 Plymouth valiant

Welcome to FABO, Mom. You're the reason I'm here (literally.) I hope you'll post an old photo or two of the Valiant that served you through all your years of teaching kindergarten and several long-distance vacations as far as Canada.

    Happy Kid!

Wow, a happy kid and a great, hard-working kid you have, I am VERY impressed, that beautiful Duster is something to be very proud of!

    Space duster

It looks pretty nicely-done, any chance of having legal issues with the cartoon images? Jetsons are my favorite, would be really cool to have the horn do the four notes of the theme (Meet George Jet-son!)

New Member, Just Bought a '64 Barracuda

Welcome aboard Kurt! Congrats on finding a 4-speed early-a-body, it will be a Father's Day to remember. The '64 Valiant grill it has gives it a very clean look.

Welcome, you found us! Your Dart GT probably has a 225 cu. in. slant 6. "270" is a trim level. As was "170" which was the more basic trim level. But to confuse things, the base engine was a 170 cu. in. Slant 6.

Not new to FABO, but my very first post.

A belated welcome, lucky son you have. I'd say you could put "stealthy member" in your avatar!

    1966 Plymouth Valiant 200

Very nice to see, in my opinion '66 is the best year for Valiants, but I am biased because my Mom got one new just like yours only beige and she drove it for 30 yrs...only because it got rear-ended pretty bad we had to say goodbye to it. Your Valiant will keep serving you for as long as you take...

Very sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. I doesn't seem so long ago when you surprised him with the Barracuda. You made him very proud and happy, what a great thing to do for your Dad.

    1972 Plymouth Gold Duster

I would start a thread titled Fellow FABO Members Near Tullahoma TN? That's one of the nicest-looking Gold Dusters I've seen. And the sentiment behind it is beautiful too.

    1964 Dart GT 273 4 speed

Beautiful car, I can't bring it up in my memory banks, but I'd take a wild guess and say the pic is in the general area of Ringling shopping center lol. Just a feeling I got.

    1964 Dart GT 273 4 speed

Welcome, I was born and raised in Sarasota during the time your Grandparents were driving their new Dart so I can't wait to see pics, I was crazy about Mopars even then and I might remember it! They probably ordered it from Shay Dodge. Or maybe Wolfer Motors down in Venice.
