    Don't worry about losing tdc. The classic way is the finger on #1 spark plug hole. You can always place a pushrods on #1 intake lifter and watch it rise then fall. Tdc is coming up next! This is a basic step you need to learn if you want to play with your engine.

    Traction Failure

    You were dropping a 1/2 second per pass. Nothing to complain about there! Very few can run to the cars potential right out of the box. Its always about chipping away at that e.t.. Knocking off a 1/2 second per run is great. BTW how fast did that brand X go?

    Gotta add my 2 cents. Biggest problem with the Dana 60 is neglect. So good that you will forget its even there and that leads to neglect. I put one together using a truck housing, new sure grip,Cooks axles and green bearings. 5.38 gears for a couple of years than 4.88 Richmond street gears...
