undersize bearings?

Chevy and Ford builders seem to be able to get whatever they need. Easily. At Pep Boys. The rest of us,not so easy or not at all. Who has a go to supplier for engine bearings plus or minus .001/.002 to put clearances where you want them not just within specs? A place that carries them because"I can get em for you."usually takes forever. Prefer socal area but anywhere is good cause I would rather pay shipping than wait 3/4 weeks or not find em at all.
