If I ever get the 38 Ford Standard hemisedan, maybe I'll get to the Valiant. In saying all that, what my intentions are is to recess the adaptor and gas cap show here, in about 1/2", to make it conform a bit better, rather than looking like the cap is just stuck on. Just my opinion, of course...

Do you have the sheet metal area around the gas filler? I'm going to put a flip gas cap and want it recessed on my Valiant. I think that by using a Barracuda gas fill recess it would look more finished. So a junk drivers side fender/gas fill area would be perfect. Thanks Bill

I"m interested in one of these too. I've always thought that the 67 Valiant needs something better than just an exposed cap. What else are, or have you done with these A-Body Valiants and Darts?
